FAQ
Common questions
What kind of video do I need?
PathWise only works with videos filmed from behind you, with the camera looking down your target line. For right-handed golfers, put the camera on your right side. Use a tripod or steady surface, keep the whole club in frame and film in slow motion if your phone can.
Can I film from the front or side?
Not right now. PathWise's tracking is built for the view from behind, so videos filmed from other angles won't trace correctly.
Does PathWise measure club head speed?
No. PathWise doesn't give you a speed number. The heatmap and dotted paths show where the club moves faster or slower compared with the rest of your swing.
Are my videos uploaded anywhere?
No. All tracking happens on your computer, and your videos stay on your computer.
